The staff was very kind and helpful.
The check-in process took an excessive amount of time. I waited at least 20 minutes. It also takes up to 14 days to remove a hold from my credit card (the deposit).

comfortable room hotel staff great service
i found my room very comfortable and surprisingly quiet. the hotel staff gave me an upgrade. i definitely want to come back soon it was so fun. i especially loved the great service .

excellent stay, zero complaints
active team spacious room great breakfast
i found the team active. the employees in all sectors worked with dedication. this dedication reflects in service quality. the location is excellent, too. rooms are spacious and clean. breakfast choices are great. it is within walking distance of the convention center.
my only issue was the bar. the bar had prices i did not expect. it reminded me of a complete scam. i want to be sure that no one else loses a lot of money being scammed like me.

ramadan theme large bathroom charge amount inaccurate excuse
The hotel showcased a Ramadan theme and this made the hotel attractive. The room was clean and inviting. It included a large bathroom and plenty of amenities.
The excuse provided was that they only process charges in dirham, not accurate, unfortunately.

convenient location spacious room helpful staff nice variety
the hotel location provided easy access to the museum of the future. the room was clean and spacious. i found the staff helpful and polite. the restaurants offered a nice variety , i sampled indian cuisine.
the check-in process took a long time , about twenty minutes.
